Clean up your head space – meditation mini-class

10/16/2019 18:00 to 10/16/2019 19:15 (America/Vancouver)

Vancouver, Canada

Do you often feel like you have too many thoughts? Would you like to learn how to use them productively?

Learn to meditate!

— Who —

Michael Persimmon, a former monk, is holding a no-cost meditation mini-class. This ‘taster’ session is a sample of what he teaches in his full, four-day course

— When —

6:00 – 7:15pm, Wednesday, October 16, 2019

Snacks will be served after the mini-class, where you can mingle and ask questions.

— Where —

The Pace at Creative Coworkers, 520 Alexander Street, Railtown, Vancouver. [map]

— About —

This isn’t mindfulness, Vipassana, chanting, hypnosis, or anything else you’ve tried before.

This is pure experience of what you once knew intimately as a small child, and will leave you feeling de-stressed, rejuvenated, clear, hopeful, light-hearted, and on point.

This mini-class is led with integrity and is relaxed and conversational, with no hooks to join an organisation, follow a guru, nor buy into a philosophy.

Go to the Facebook event and click “Going” to sign up. No fee. Yes, invite a friend too.
