About the Meditation
This isn’t mindfulness, Vipassana, chanting, hypnosis, or anything else you’ve tried before.
This is pure experience of what you once knew intimately as a small child, and will leave you feeling de-stressed, rejuvenated, clear, hopeful, light-hearted, and on point.
This course is led with integrity and is relaxed and conversational, with no hooks to join an organisation, follow a guru, nor buy into a philosophy.
